Telextreme - Bodyextreme Negatives Issues :

To Our Esteemed BodyExtreme Team:

I write to you all today on behalf of the entire Board of Directors to inform you of a number of events that have recently occurred which have significantly impacted the world wide operations of our company; some of these events are very positive, others are not. I typically do not begin messages of this nature with addressing negative issues, but some of these recent events are of such a magnitude that I feel compelled to address these negative issues first. In this regard, I am very saddened to have to report to all of you that we have had to undertake the unfortunate, but appropriate measures to remove three former management officials from the company immediately by virtue of their repetitive failure to follow the instructions of the Board of Directors and for specifically engaging in conduct that represented an intentional desire to undermine the goals and objectives of the company.

In this regard, Duane Wilson, Jane Chong and Anna Koh have been removed from the company as it has been discovered that all three had repetitively ignored the very specific instructions of the Board of Directors and elected to undertake actions that can only be viewed as constituting direct insubordination with the intent to directly undermine the efforts of the company and to further their own personal gain. It has been discovered that Mr. Wilson, Ms. Chong and Ms. Koh have misappropriated company funds by diverting or directing these funds to unauthorized use and purposes, despite repetitive instructions directly from the Board of Directors to do otherwise. More significantly, it has also been recently discovered that Duane Wilson and Jane Chong have decided to join forces with others to either start a new company or to build an existing company to directly compete with BodyExtreme, TelExtreme and our other related business channels and opportunities. In this regard, we have documented proof that Duae Wilson and others have contacted several of our top leaders for the purposes of soliciting them to join them and Jane in this new business venture. We have further learned that these recruiting efforts continue and that many of our current affiliates and customers are being approached to persuade them to try a free trial of the service being offered by Duane Wilson, Jane Chong and others.

In addition to the obvious painful, emotional aspects that are naturally appended to such blatant acts of betrayal as referenced above, there are also certain legal and financial issues that we need to deal with and address with Duane Wilson, Jane Chong and others. If we ignored the situation or simply allowed Duane, Jane and others to pursue their documented efforts to intentionally undermine the success of this company, all of the many years of collective hard work and livelihoods of all of our employees and affiliates worldwide could be significantly compromised; we simply will not allow that to happen. On this basis, litigation is inevitable and we are pursuing all civil and criminal legal remedies that might be available directly against Duane Wilson, Jane Chong and others in order to protect our employees and affiliates world wide. We will also pursue the same legal action against anyone else who has been determined to have participated in the deceitful conduct described above or who seeks to interfere with our existing contractual relationships with our affiliates, vendors and employees by soliciting them to join Duane Wilson, Jane Chong or others, or who do anything to undermine the collective efforts of the thousands of people world wide who continue to work very hard to ensure the success of BodyExtreme, TelExtreme and our other related business channels and opportunities.

As most all of you are aware, we have invested millions of dollars towards the establishment, development and growth of our Asian operations during the last couple of years. During this period of time, Duane Wilson and Jane Chong had previously been entrusted to help oversee our Asian operations and as such, they have had direct access to confidential and proprietary information of the company, which includes our data base, our product formulas and other vital information belonging to the company. Unfortunately, the recent actions of Duane Wilson, Jane Chong and others have potentially been so extensive and pervasive that we have found it necessary to immediately undertake a number of measures that will directly impact our current Asian operations. In this regard, we have closed the offices in Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong and we have obviously barred Duane, Jane and Anna from entry onto any of the business premises of BodyExtreme world wide.

I need to stress that we have not in anyway abandoned our efforts to pursue our Asian markets or to service our valuable Asian customers and affiliates. Rather, we view the implementation of these recent measures solely as intermediate efforts that are needed to be taken in order to preserve and protect the company's investment into this very vital region and to further enhance and develop the infrastructure necessary to ensure the overall and long term success of our Asian operations. Gary Morris continues to spearhead these efforts and remains in charge of our Asian operations along with the most valuable and gracious efforts of Poh Ted Ang out of Malaysia and Grace from Hong Kong. We very clearly believe that we can continue our sales and growth efforts in Asia during the interim period and the related necessity to restructure our entire Asian operations. Towards this end, we are extremely excited to announce that we have just recently acquired beautiful new office space in Hong Kong and we are also in the process of acquiring new office space in Malaysia which will serve as a very important Customer Care and Fullfillment Center to service all of our valuable affiliates and customers in Malaysia and Singapore. We have now begun the process of developing a much more productive, effieicent and streamlined basis of operations in Asia and we are very excited to have this infrastructure in place to facilitate the large growth that we will all experience in Asia in the next few months.

Now, I will address just a few of the other recent positive developments of the company. In this regard, everyone in corporate has been working extremely hard to provide you all with the very best company and business opportunity available on the face of the planet. Towards these ends, we have been Blessed to have been provided the opportunity to cement an extremely beneficial relationship with an outside company that has commanded world wide respect and attention for many years. Unfortunately, at this time I do not feel it appropriate to release the name of this company, but I can assure you all that when we do release this information that you will all immediately recognize this company to be the one of the most recognized world wide leaders in their industries.We are in the process of making network marketing history by virtue of the establishment of this relationship as no other network marketing company on the face of the planet has ever been able to establish such a relationship. This relationship will provide our company with the type of third party credibility that no other network marketing company has ever been able to achieve and these other companies would gladly pay fifty million dollars or more, just to have the same opportunity. As many of you are aware, Mr. Bruce Thompson has been heading the operations of the company as our COO, however, as Bruce has played a vital role in the establishment of this incredible relationship, we have created a new division of the company and Bruce will serve as the President of the same. We have been honored to have our former Director of Finance, Mr. Decker Weston, agree to step up to the plate to fill the void that Bruce leaves behind as he heads our new exciting division. In this regard, I am very pleased to announce that Decker Weston been appointed as our new COO. Decker has already demonstrated superior leadership skills and qualities and has already helped us with moving the company forward in a big way.

I am also pleased to report some very exciting developments with respect to TelExtreme. Specifically, we have been testing out some new equipment that will provide us with the ability to capture segments of the VoIP market that are for the most part, untapped. This new equipment has been tested by a few of our leaders and they have been unanimous in their reports back to us that this new equipment is absolutely incredible and once released will go far in the furtherance of our collective efforts to make TelExtreme the largest International VoIP Company in existence today. Stay tuned for some exciting new announcements that are coming soon in this regard!

I am equally pleased to report that through the efforts of our Director of Customer Care, Mr. Ernie Burkett, we have been able to grow our Customer Care department from six people to over 22 committed individials who stand ready to take our Customer Care Department to new levels of service for all of our affiliates and customers world wide. The leader of our IT department and our resident technical wizard, Mr. Tyler Webb has not only recently added some very talented people to his staff, but his entire team has also just recently developed and implemented a State of the Art telephone and communications system that will help empower our Customer Care and Technical Support departments to become more effective and responsive to the needs and concerns of our affiliates and customers world wide.

Lastly, most of you are very familiar with Dr, Larry Stowe and the incredible reputation and experience that he has brought to BodyExtreme over the last couple of years. I am extremely pleased and excited to announce that Dr. Stowe is now a significant shareholder/owner and member of the Board of Directors of BodyExtreme. Dr. Stowe has become recognized as a world leader in the area of Immune Therapies and Adult Stem Cell research ( not to be confused with embryonic stem cell research) and is in the process of helping us to develop some very powerful proprietary products that will be exclusive to BodyExtreme which will have a tremendous impact upon the state of our health globally by addressing the vital areas of hydration, detoxification and strengthening the immune systems of our bodies. These new products come to us a direct result of Dr. Stowe's pioneering efforts and achievements in the areas of Adult Stem Cell research and Immune Therapies and will not be available anywhere other than directly through an authorized BodyExtreme Affiliate.

The foregoing items are just but a few of the many new developments that have been in progress behind the scenes during the last several months which will collectively help to take BodyExtreme to levels of world wide respect and attention that have never been possible, until just recently and there will be much more to come in the immediate future!
